How to Measure Your Head
- Grab a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (like twine or a shoelace) and a ruler or measuring tool
- Wrap a soft tape or string around your head to measure about 1/4 to 1/2 inch above your ear and about 3/4 to an 1" inch above your brow line (see image)
- Mark the tape or your string, where it intersects, with your finger.
- Record your measurement in inches or centimeters (centimeters is often more accurate)
- If you're using a string, run it along side the ruler as many times as necessary to get a complete measurement
- MEASURE AGAIN!
- Always measure more than once until you get the same number twice
- Find your size in the chart for the perfect fit

I purchased my first hat from you at a craft show in MIlford, Michigan in 2017. The next year, I purchased the brown version. I can't count the number of times complete strangers have complimented me on the style of my hat. "Nice hat", they say. The black one is now well worn, as I rarely go out without wearing it. I purchased this over a year ago. I live and work in Baghdad Iraq and use it daily. I also travel often and have taken this hat across the pond four times, throughout Europe and even some Asian countries. It's been folded under a bullet proof vest, shoved in an overhead airplane bin and into luggage. I condition it every 2 or 3 months but other than that I don't do anything else. It's been soaked in rain, baked in sun and dragged through the sand. Take a look at the picture of it next to the same hat I got for my wife. Her's is brand new and my is well worn. I can't recommend it enough.

Got this hat last week and it still smells like fresh leather! Love the curve on the brim. I kind of wish the side brims were a little narrower but that’s just a personal preference. I’m always right in between medium and large hat sizes. The spacers that come with the hat are an amazing idea to make a large hat a more perfect fit for my head. They also are great to absorb sweat rather than sweating straight into the leather.

Men’s crushable leather hat is of high quality. From videos I can see the process of putting it together is by eye which lens to the inaccuracies of this hat with the rim being off center from the cap. Will I return it? I don’t know. Seems a waste but is disappointingl.
