- Hat will hold its shape. - We guarantee our hats will hold their shape. Please do not mistreat our hats, however, by leaving them locked in a car on a 90° summer day. But, even in that worst case scenario, the hat shape can be restored by resting it on a coffee can.

Shipping and Returns
- Hat orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days.
- All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge.
- However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.
- We offer free exchanges for any reason. We'll also send you as many hats as you need until we get you the perfect fit, and we'll even cover all the shipping costs.

This hat was exactly what I was looking for. When it arrived, I quickly tried it on and made a small adjustment to the internal hat band. Amazing fit, especially since I had never tried this brand. Just follow the instructions in the hat sizing video. The hat appears to be well made and sturdy. As the weather gets warmer, I plan on wearing this hat daily!

The quality of this hat is great! I like that it is packable. I got the small size which is a little big on me, but AHM included 3 foam inserts to remedy this problem and the size is now perfect . I got three different kinds of hats from AHM all in the size small but the sizing is not consistent on all hats. I like the material they used on the head band inside the Barcelona hat best. It is a stretchy fabric like a wide garter that adapts to your head size. Overall, i am happy with this hat and i got it on sale June 2022. I will be a returning customer!

I have lots of hair and a big head; although I love wearing hats, they are hard to find. Initially I purchased 2 hats to try out sizes. The return process was super fast and I was able to exchange the one that didn't fit for one that did. Don't hesitate to invest in these hats. The style and craftsmanship are top of the line.

The cap is well made and it looks great. I couldn’t get a hat band to fit so I went to HOBBY LOBBY and bought a great looking cameo for the front. Dressed it up.
My next purchase will be a leather Aussie hat.
