Shipping and Returns
- Orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days.
- All our products come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a product over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge.
- However, as far as exchanging one product style for another, that must be done within 90 days
- We offer free exchanges for any reason. We'll also send you as many products as you need until we get it right, and we'll even cover all the shipping costs.

I have a very small head and usually have a hard time finding a well fitting hat. These reducers are a game changer! So much better than messy uncomfortable hat tape that usually doesn’t work right. I get the perfect fit in all 6 of my top hats. In the photo you see my parlor hat. Even though I ordered a small it still sat too low on my head , the reducers gave me the perfect fit!
