All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.

I have owned the reddish color version of the Falcon for a few weeks now and know I made the right decision when making this purchase. The quality of workmanship and materials are top notch. The leather is thick with a smooth and evenly colored surface. The stitching is dead on perfect. The hat shapes easily despite the thick robust quality of the leather it's made from. Over these past weeks my hat has adjusted itself to a perfect fit for the shape of my head. I did no more than wear it. Sections that felt a bit tight loosened up while looser areas snugged up. Excellent!

This is my second review of this hat after wearing it both on and off stage for several months. I adore it and have boots and a coat to match, as well as a wine-red Fender Stratocaster guitar- Even making a guitar strap and belt to match.
These hats run a tad small, likely from the shape and stiffness and quality of the leather.
I fit perfectly in what they call a medium. the size range is 7-7 1/8, but it's just barely a 7. If your head is narrow and long front to back, you may be comfortable in the smaller end of your size. I am not a "long oval" in western hats, so the small was too narrow and dug in to my head above the ears. I think if you are rounder in shape, go up a size and use their fit kit to dial it in.No worries, since I know how to order it now.
Every time I wear this wine red Falcon, both men and women ask where I purchased it, so I send them to your web site. I have my eye on a black one as well- perhaps for a b-day present.
Regarding the age range below, I look 40, not 60... lol so I have 20-somethings come up and tell me how cool this hat is! Conversely, I've had octogenarians also come up and say how nice this hat looks.
My only regret or complaint is that you don't offer a true dark teal version or a true bright royal blue, either as a base color or an overlay. The black with light aqua overlay you have is nice, but won't work with teal, vintage oil finished blue, or dark
turquoise leather goods.
