Shipping and Returns
- Orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days.
- All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.
- We offer free exchanges for any reason. We'll also send you as many hats as you need until we get you the perfect fit, and we'll even cover all the shipping costs.

The hat is amazing. I purchased it in a local retailer and love how as soon as I put it on...it fit. No adjustments necessary... nothing. Once a cowgirl always a cowgirl and no matter where I am this hat goes with me. My horse of 34 years recrntly passed away, and this hat reminds me of the barn, saddle, bridle and all things horsey. I love the craftsmanship such as the all leather material and the way the brim and sides are perfectly angled. The chin strap is great and allows for a comfortable fit so you don't need to have the hat tight on your head or afraid it will blow off.
This is a working cowgirl's hat or a walk around town hat ...doesn't matter where you live, this hat is feminine and defintiely the look. Now for some accessories to match...
