All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.
Orders ship within 1 business day and will arrive in less than 5 depending on your location in the lower 48 states.

I've never ever in my life wanted, owned or liked cowboy hats. That is until I saw this beast on the AHM website. For a person who didn't like cowboy hats I fell hard for this one. All I can say is I had to have it. I wear it everyday. And I mean everyday. Even around the house. All my other hats are getting jealous. I live in Los Angeles and I get a ton of compliments. And if you know anything about LA, we take our hat game very seriously. So to have a cowboy hat get so much attention you know this hat is a game changer. This hat is not just a hat. It's a bold artistic statement. You know what's cooler than anything? Wearing this hat outdoors around a ton of people and every time the wind blows just slightly, the rattles on the front of the hat rattle and that sound is so awesome when the folks around me hear it. Whoever you are reading my review, you need to seriously stop reading my post and go order this hat for yourself. This hat is an investment you will not regret.

I first bought the black version of this about 7 months ago, and now just bought the brown version. Both work well with my black and brown western leather jackets. Very cool. I now have purchased ten hats from 'American Hat Makers'. I trust their quality, and like the fact that they are made in America and are family-owned. I would love to meet the family one day. This hat is absolutely stunning. The pictures onthe website do not do it justice. I am so impressed with the quality and fit. My bf loves it and I'm now searching the website for a hat for myself. I'm loving that this maybe tge only one of these hats in Australia and was well worth the mission of it being sent to an American friend who then posted it on to Australia.
