All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.

I bought the gun smoke color and I can’t go anywhere without receiving at least one compliment! I absolutely love it! I purchased my hat in late November and have worn it to the NFR, Fort Worth, and the local dives. I wasn’t sure how I’d like a greyscale hat but it goes with so many outfits! I also like the adjustability options. This eased my sticker shock because I knew even if I ordered big, I’d still be able to make it work. The only downfall is with the type of felt the hat is made of, getting the hat reshaped is almost impossible. Luckily I just wanted some sharper bends on the outside so it wasn’t a huge deal. 12/10 recommend

The hat is so pretty. Exactly what I was looking for. Only issue is the fit. It’s a bit loose so be extra careful with the measurements. It’s a very important part but that’s my fault not the store. Other than that very happy with the purchase.
