All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.
Orders ship within 1 business day and will arrive in less than 5 depending on your location in the lower 48 states.

What a well-made hat. I’ve never had a really good quality hat in my life. For my birthday I bought myself this fedora and it was the best gift. In fact my friend Kelly loved it so much I told her where I bought it and she came the next week and bought herself one as well.

I love that you include the reducers I can put in myself...I wear my hair in French braids a lot and it makes about a half size or more difference so I always buy a bit loose and use the inserts...Hat is fantastic another quality hat that is American made!!!

The Bordeaux is a lovely deep red color with hints of black. The hat's brim is wide & sturdy. I love the black accent band. A excellent quality hat.

Just the pros n cons - you decide: Overall this is a stunner! Its soft to the touch and medium weight - it feel substantial in hand. The hand dyed shade of berry with black looks absolutely luscious like huckleberry jam! The black hat band perfectly compliments this piece! Cons - there really aren't any! Ive been collecting hats for over 20 years and have to LOVE a hat in order to purchase. When I receive this hat... perfectly packaged by the way- I was THRILLED to try it on, unfortunately it was too big. (my melon measures 22 in) so I tried a Med but should have gone with a small, uhh! I feel this style runs big. I would have liked it better if....It had a stretchy sweatband inside to form my head better. Also the brim is not pliable so I could not bend it down to shape my face. Overall this is a Gorgeous piece of Millinery art! * FYI - This hat is actually more "purple" in person. The image I posted appears more "berry". If you are searching for a unique piece - this is it baby! I'm planning on re order in a small, and simply taking it to a custom milliner to have a sweatband added.
