All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.

This hat is top quality. It was packaged beautifully and the hat band is really sharp. Unfortunately, it just didn't fit my head correctly...I tried the adjustment band and some sizers but in order to get it comfortably on my head it impacted on the "C" crown because I had to pull it down too far. I had to return it. For reference, I have a narrow, long, oval shaped face. Return was easy and I look forward to trying again with a different style.

I have a very big head, and this is the first stylish hat to actually fit my head in my life! I originally ordered the XL based on my measurements, but I had to send it back for the XXL. Customer service was great, so the process was fast and easy. I think I needed the larger size because my head is big in length while women's hats tend to have a rounder shape.
One warning is that if you have a bigger head, the brim might not fall perfectly flat. My head still puts a bit of tension on the front of the hat so it is impossible for the brim to lay flat like the fashion is now. I dipped it just a little bit in the front and back and it looks great. I'm 100% okay with this trade-off.
As a huge-headed person, I can't say thank you enough! Skin cancer runs in my family (along with massive heads) so I really need the protection. Now I can protect my skin and look great at the same time.
