We proudly hand make our hats and hatbands in Monterey Bay, California using only the finest materials available. We guarantee our hats for a lifetime against defects in materials and workmanship.

We include our sizing system with your order. This allows your hat to be adjusted to three different sizes. Should you need a different size than this allows, we will gladly exchange your hat for a perfect fit. Simply return the hat in the original box with a note as to what you need, and we will send you the appropriate replacement. By the same token, if the color of the hat is not what you expected we will exchange for another of our standard colors at no extra charge.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee speaks for itself. Should the hat not meet up to any of your expectations, simply return the hat to us for a full refund (less shipping costs)... no questions asked. (Custom and special orders excepted)

Shipping Policy

These amazing custom hats are handmade at the time of purchase. Our goal is to design, cut, build and ship within 5 business days. Due to very high demand for our hats as well has leather availability, this process, unfortunately, can sometimes be delayed. By law, if we cannot ship this hat within 30 days your order will be refunded in full.

Return Policy

We stand proudly behind the quality and workmanship of our products. However, sometimes you may need to return or exchange items. We understand. In order to make this process as efficient as possible, please fill out the form below. All returns are subject to the following policies and restrictions:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a Product Return Form. Returns received without a Product Return Form will not receive credit.
  • Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs on all returns (with the exception of items that are defective).
  • Goods may not be returned for refund except within conditions listed above.
  • Custom Orders, such as X Small and XXXX Large (or larger) sizes are non-returnable items.
  • Returns must be shipped to 125 Aviation Way, Watsonville, CA  95076
  • Any and all exceptions must be prearranged in writing prior to shipping.

Return Instructions:

Step one: Download our Product Return Form, complete it, and print it out. (Note: The Return Merchandise Authorization Number [RMA] is intended for office personnel and may be left blank.)
Step two: Place the Product Return Form in the box with the product you wish to return and send it to 125 Aviation Way, Watsonville, CA 95076.
