All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.
Orders ship within 1 business day and will arrive in less than 5 depending on your location in the lower 48 states.

I have been outfitting myself for a Mardi Gras Bartending gig. I wear a Marlow (Brown) every day, but when dressing to tend bar I wear a Marlow (Black) with a custom brim-to-crown red leather hatband. I've added this portrait band as a second layer hat band. The black band and white cameo contrast nicely, while the fabric fills the top of the brim. The effect is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I will be sure to send a picture of the whole outfit once I have one.
