How to Measure Your Head
- Grab a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (like twine or a shoelace) and a ruler or measuring tool
- Wrap a soft tape or string around your head to measure about 1/4 to 1/2 inch above your ear and about 3/4 to an 1" inch above your brow line (see image)
- Mark the tape or your string, where it intersects, with your finger.
- Record your measurement in inches or centimeters (centimeters is often more accurate)
- If you're using a string, run it along side the ruler as many times as necessary to get a complete measurement
- MEASURE AGAIN!
- Always measure more than once until you get the same number twice
- Find your size in the chart for the perfect fit

I couldn't ask for a better made Hat. I've had my last hat for 15 plus years I still wear it every where even to work it's got all kinds of oil on it from working at the shop working on semi 🚛 trucks now I'm a 40 year driver now working on them plus out in the hay field and any other work I do my wife decided I need another one for personal outings so now I have a new and old hat. My old one is over 15 years old and still has a lot miles left on it very well made and for the price and workmanship . The best hat I've ever owned pics is with old hat and the new hat. I needed a shade hat for when I coach the summer Special Olympics in the bright hot summer months. I normally wear baseball caps but those don't protect my neck. Many hats don't look right on my square head but I really like this one. I look kind of like a gold miner thanks to my beard but at least I won't look like a burnt red lizard by the end of the weekend! The price was excellent too!
