Just pay a small shipping and restocking fee of $9.81 (which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount), send back your hat, and you’re good to go.

Worked out perfectly. But I requested, right after receiving the rack, if I could order more racks to add to the existing stand but I have not received a response as of yet. I'm a little disappointed in customer service.
