Just pay a small shipping and restocking fee of $9.81 (which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount), send back your hat, and you’re good to go.

Every one of our hats come with a 50 year guarantee. That means that if your hat fails in any way to meet your standards due to our craftsmanship then we’ll repair or replace your hat free of charge. So if your hat starts unraveling in 50 years, we’ll take it back and make it right.

I wasn't looking for another ... but American Hat Makers are right down here in Texas, so when FB showed me their ad, I figured I'd do the right friendly Texas thing and look through their site ... very nice hats ... THEN ... I saw this "Unforgiven" model and was STOPPED in my tracks. Quickly I Googled a photo of Clint Eastwood from the movie (hadn't seen it in over 30 years), and sure enough - it has that "Unforgiven" look alright! Well who doesn't want to to look like Clint???? *LOL* Anyway - just got it this week - I must say it now is the HIGHEST QUALITY leather hat I own, with beautiful lining, thick sturdy Bison Leather - and MAN DOES IT LOOK GOOD! As soon as I put it on my wife complimented me! Its my #1 favorite hat now!!! THANK YOU!!!!

This Panama-style Fedora is amazing. The craftsmanship and materials are impeccable, and I love the velcro sizer band! Initially I purchased a medium based on the measurements I took, but ended up returning it for a large. The exchange process was not only easy, but incredibly fast! I typically wear baseball caps, but figured I would take a chance on a more upscale look, and I couldn't be happier. The venting in the hat provides an unexpected cooling while walking that I just don't get when wearing a baseball cap. I can't wait to purchase another!

Trained and showed horses most of my adult life… I lost 2 American Hats (beaver show hats) about 20 years ago. I had them cleaned and reshaped many times after being tortured in the pasture working cows, hauling hay, or just riding! I would still be wearing them for f they hadn’t been stolen out of my truck! Just got another straw and a lifetime refurbish (well worth the money) - will get another winter hat this fall!!

Searched online for a baby blue hat and this was my choice. The quality is awesome. Soft straw, but not floppy and also not stiff. It is a little more minty blue, which is why only 4 stars. But it matches the dress I planned for it perfectly. Will definitely visit the shop again.

I bought this bad boy for the New Orleans, Jazz Fest, just in case of rain! It is a great fit, well-made, and came along with sizes, although I don’t think I’ll need them.
