All our hats come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a hat over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one hat style for another, that must be done within 90 days.

Bought three of these in different colors in a closeout blowout sale. Fabric is great, and the hats are well made. They were a little loose though when I first put them on. I've got some leather hats that came with foam size adjusters but there's no place to put something like that in the flat caps. I was surprised to learn that there's an adjustment ribbon hidden under the sweatband (something you don't find on competitor's caps!), and now they fit perfectly!

This is such a great, classic style. Love it for that. I have a somewhat small (size 7) head. I actually fall between two sizes. I initially bought a Small/Medium; wound up using a hat sizer (foam to wrap around the inside headband). It works, but isn't perfect. Nonetheless, I still love it! And I do recommend it.

I wear mostly flat caps, but have never had one made of linen material and so lightweight before. Despite the thinner material, it’s still extremely well made and durable, and the Velcro adjuster I discovered inside the hat also made it a perfect fit. I went with the Navy which also added some style and a perfect look for these summer months!
