How to Measure Your Head
- Grab a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (like twine or a shoelace) and a ruler or measuring tool
- Wrap a soft tape or string around your head to measure about 1/4 to 1/2 inch above your ear and about 3/4 to an 1" inch above your brow line (see image)
- Mark the tape or your string, where it intersects, with your finger.
- Record your measurement in inches or centimeters (centimeters is often more accurate)
- If you're using a string, run it along side the ruler as many times as necessary to get a complete measurement
- MEASURE AGAIN!
- Always measure more than once until you get the same number twice
- Find your size in the chart for the perfect fit

First off very impressed with quality and workmanship. Measuring my head I was 22in and quarter. Going in cm that would be 56.515 so before ordering I reached out to customer service they advised me go with a large. I thought medium and so glad i went with my choice fits just right. Hat does come with 3 different sweatbands in different thicknesses. Left the standard one in. Very good odea of removable sweatbands there velcro, included a picture for viewing. Also added the 9 dollar insurance when ordering covers stains, spills etc. Hope review helps in your decision.

I really like them both the breeze is a tad tight, but hoping it will loosen up the young Man that was selling me the hats advised me to get a medium I knew even with the spaces it would be too large i’m glad I got the small with that being said the young man that was selling me. The hats was very unengaging in the sale seem like I was bothering him did not want to take my order over the phone kept pushing me to order through the Internet, I told him I did not want to put my credit card number on the Internet when I told him I just was not going to buy the hats. He told me he would take my order as a customer I was very unimpressed with him, but do love the hats.

I like the wide brim Breeze hat. It is my first Anerican Hat and an upgrade from the other hats I own. I use it primarily when I golf, walk our dog and other outside activities. The hat allows a breeze to cool my head on hot days. The brim of the hat is somewhat flexible and will handle wind without blowing off. I also use the chin strap on windy days. I purchased the hat because of the wide brim. The brim helps keep the direct sun from hitting my face, ears and neck as recommended by my dermatologist. I was surprised there is only a sweat absorbing pad at the front of the hat.

I really like the design. The material used for the brim (from the base to the outer edges seems a bit light weight. The material is not smooth but buckles in areas. See attached photos. This concerns me for the future resilience of the hat. Can you advise me please?
