How to Measure Your Head
- Grab a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (like twine or a shoelace) and a ruler or measuring tool
- Wrap a soft tape or string around your head to measure about 1/4 to 1/2 inch above your ear and about 3/4 to an 1" inch above your brow line (see image)
- Mark the tape or your string, where it intersects, with your finger.
- Record your measurement in inches or centimeters (centimeters is often more accurate)
- If you're using a string, run it along side the ruler as many times as necessary to get a complete measurement
- MEASURE AGAIN!
- Always measure more than once until you get the same number twice
- Find your size in the chart for the perfect fit

This hat looks great and protects me from the sun all summer long. I landscape for a living and never leave home without it. It gets quite dirty but a quick wash with mild soapy water and rinse and it’s like brand new, once it dries. I am very happy with my purchase 2 YEARS AGO! WTG American Hat Makers!

The fit is good and the different inserts make it easy to size.
I bought this as a work hat, but have taken to wearing it around regularly. I am surprised by how many compliments I get while wearing this hat
The soaker sponge and mesh crown keep my head cool.

When I ordered my Soaker, I ordered the size recommended on their chart. The circumference of my head is just under 22 3/4 which should be a med. It was too small so I called and they immediately emailed a return address label and said they would mail a large to me as soon as the hat arrived. No problem. Two days later my large was on the way! Customer service, 10 on a 5 scale! Quality, 10 on a 5 scale! Do business with these people, you’ll be glad you did!!!!
