Shipping and Returns
- Orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days.
- All our products come with a lifetime warranty. What this means is that even if you bought a product over 50 years ago and it starts unraveling, we'll fix it or replace it, free of charge. However, as far as exchanging one product style for another, that must be done within 90 days.
- We offer free exchanges for any reason. We'll also send you as many products as you need until we get it right, and we'll even cover all the shipping costs.

It is a quality product and it works perfectly except I ordered the wrong one , I ordered the one with velcro and after talking to their customer help desk they sent me another one at no cost . I will continue to buy from American hat company because the leather hat that I purchased is the best hat that I own. The quality is amazing everywhere I go I get compliments . that on top of the fact that they have excellent service with customer satisfaction at their Forefront

I have ordered these a couple times. Usually they last several weeks. This time the quality seems to be not as good. As can be seen in the photo, the durability isn’t as good. This is two weeks use.
